All hats are made to order and will require 1-5 business days to process. Shipping normally takes less than a week. If there is a delay in your order, please reach out to us so we can help.
*RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are made to order therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know and we will provide a refund or replacement.
*HOW TO ORDER
1. Look through the different colors and thread chart available.
2. Select the hat you want from the drop-down menu.
3. In the “comment” box, type the thread color combination you’d like (up to 2 different color thread).
4. Click Add to Cart. Find other products if interested.
5. Proceed to checkout and follow checkout instructions
